APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Execution group abends inside an ESQL Compute node when
executing a database statement.  The abend stack would typically
look like :

SqlCommitRollbackStatementBase::execute
SqlStatementGroup::execute
SqlIfStatement::execute
SqlStatementGroup::execute
SqlCompoundStmt::execute
SqlRoutine::execute
.
This is a regression caused by Apar IT21510 which went into IIB
v10.0.0.10 fixpack.

V11 using ODBC.

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
Integration Server abends while executing a database statement
from an ESQL Compute node . The abend stack would typically look
like:

SqlCommitRollbackStatementBase::execute
SqlStatementGroup::execute
SqlIfStatement::execute
SqlStatementGroup::execute
SqlCompoundStmt::execute
SqlRoutine::execute
.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • The product has been modified such that the SQL statement
execution no longer causes an abend.
