Error description
Amqrrmfa processes of a queue manager create redundant opens among each other, whenever one of them reinitializes. Whenever a repository manager reinitializes, an error AMQ9448 is logged. This is related to IT24388.
Local fix
Reset affected amqrrmfa processes, using amqrfdm tool with option -r.
Problem summary
During initialization amqrrmfa processes created always IPC connections to all other amqrrmfa process instances associated with the queue manager, without accounting for any existing IPC connections to these processes. The other processes also established IPC connections to this amqrrmfa process, again without accounting for existing IPC connections.
Problem conclusion
Code was changed to check, before creating a new connection, for a still valid connection. Now a new connection is created only when there is no longer a valid connection. Any preexisting invalid one will now be closed.
Temporary fix
