APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If the encrypted filesystem is full, the appliance might
  partially reset, but the WebGUI will not start, so the license
  cannot be accepted.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• Administrator's password might change to the default value, when
  the encrypted file system is full.

• Fix is available in 7.1.0.23, 7.2.0.21, 7.5.0.16, 7.5.1.15,
  7.5.2.15, 7.6.0.8 and 7.7.1.1
