IT25358: CLIENT AUTODEPLOYMENT FAILED WITH ANS4262E AND ANS4298E ERRORS.

Error description

• Client Autodeployment from FIXPACK LEVEL to INTERIM FIX PACK
  LEVEL failed with below errors
  
  msgText : ANS4262E The preview of the client installation
  failed.
  msgText : ANS4298E os, xxxx.DEPLOY.osname, D.osname: The client
  deployment was cancelled. The previous event causing the
  cancellation is:
  DeployMgr psupdatemgr.cpp: Terminating update manager. Detected
  installed package(s) 'Dependencias' that depends on the TSM API.
  In this case, it was version 8.1.4.0 TO 8.1.4.1 update.
  

Local fix

• The main issue is that if the locale is Non-English ,then the
  autodeploy fails to update the client.
  
  1. Start terminal
  
  2. Perform the following commands:
  export LC_ALL=en_US
  export LANG=en_US
  
  3.  Perform the following command:
   lslpp -d -c tivoli.tsm.client.ba.64bit.hdw
   The output of this command should be start with the following:
  #Path:Fileset:Dependents
  
  4. Now start the autodeployment
  
   Once the autodeployment is complete, you can revert the
  language back to the previous one using the command export LANG
  command.

Problem conclusion

• Autodeploy script is corrected so failover does not fail
  installation anymore if LOCALE for the terminal is non US
