Error description

  • Two IBM MQ Appliances running 9.0.5 firmware were connected in a
High Availability (HA) configuration. One of the Appliances
reported that HA ethernet interfaces had dropped, after which it
    entered
    a partitioned state:
    .
ADDRCONF(NETDEV_UP): eth17: link is not ready
ADDRCONF(NETDEV_UP): eth13: link is not ready
drbd: PingAck did not arrive in time.
drbd peer( Primary -> Unknown ) conn ( Connected ->
        NetworkFailure ) pdsk ( UptoDate -> DUnknown)
block drbd: Split-Brain detected but unresolved,
        dropping connection!
    .
    .
When the other IBM MQ Appliance in the HA pair is checked, the
'show time' command indicates it reloaded itself:
    .
      mqa# show time
    .

    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
An internal MQ reload caused the IBM MQ Appliances using HA to
    go into partitioned state.
