IT25278: When using the IBM MQ 'runmqsc -n' command to create a CCDT thenit fails with an FDC ProbeID XC130003

Error description

• When using the runmqsc -n command to create a Client Channel
  Definition Table (CCDT), it fails and creates a SEGV failure
  data capture (FDC) records with ProbeID
  XC130003.  This FDC record will contain a call stack which looks

Problem summary

  Users of "runmqsc -n" who define channels with weak cipher

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  When runmqsc was used with the -n option to modify a local CCDT
  then attempting to define a channel with a weak SSL/TLS cipher
  specification resulted in a segmentation violation.  This was
  caused by the IBM MQ code attempting to access an uninitialised
  data structure.
  

Problem conclusion

• The IBM MQ code has been corrected so that the data structure is
  initialised before it is accessed.
