Error description

• The ANS9489E error message should make clear that in order to
  configure a data mover node smoothly, the environment should
  have:
  1. a system wide JRE installed on the data mover host
  2. the user should follow the "Setting up the data mover nodes
  in a vSphere environment" documented procedure:

  The documentation should indicate the system wide PATH
  environment variable must include the installed system wide JRE
  java path.

  User Response: If you have already installed JRE, verify that
  the "java" executable can be reached via an appropriate PATH
  environment variable setting. Otherwise, install the required
  JRE version.
