Error description
When the environment variable MQSI_MQTT_DONT_CLEAN_SESSION is set so that the MQTT Nodes connect with cleanSession=false the nodes should not issue an unsubscribe when the flow stops. Doing so prevents messages being received on reconnect if they are published while the flow is stopped.

Problem conclusion
