Error description
IBM Spectrum Protect server will issue message ANR9999D_0818654901 UpdatePassword(smpw.c:678) Thread<244>: secP->cred not initialized. when the "dsmapipw" utility is used to change the password for the $$_TSMDBMGR_$$ node. In addition, the dsmapipw utility fails with error Password change failed: (137) Authentication failure! On the server console, the ANR9999D message is issued, along with the following stack trace: ANR0406I Session 2 started for node $$_TSMDBMGR_$$ (AIX) (SSL 127.0.0.1:33318).
