IT25127: CPU SPIKE ISSUE MAY OCCUR BY SELECTING FILE IN CLIENT RESTORE GUI

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• CPU utilization of javaw.exe may become 100% when user clicks
  the checkbox to select a backup object in BA client restore GUI.
  This situation keeps until pushing "Restore" button to go
  forward.

• Push "Restore" button in restore window.

Problem conclusion

• The code has been changed so that when one or more files are
  selected by clicking a check box  in 'Restore files' table of
  corresponding 'Restore' window of IBM Spectrum Protect Java GUI
  Client Interface, no more CPU (about) 100% utilization is
  observed and  IBM Spectrum Protect Java GUI Client Interface
  works as expected.
