APAR status

Error description

• The execution control service ECS, enables users to change
  dynamically the running queue of a business process.
  However, the queue change is lost if an SFTP CLIENT BP goes into
  the waiting on IO state
  

Local fix

• RTC -  564425
  
  Workaround : Reduce BP requeueing as much as possible to avoid
  loosing the queue change.
  Queue tuning, Adapter tuning and delayWaitingOnIO can help. Ask
  for help from IBM Support or Performance services.
