APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • UserCache and UserRightsCache gets reset down to 0 whenever a
new mailbox is created by SFG on demand, during runtime.  This
should not be happening.

Resetting the cache creates unnecessary stress on the database
to repopulate that cache, which can cause significant delays in
SFG event propagation.
