IT24950: A DFDL PARSING ERROR INSIDE AN UNORDERED SEQUENCE RESULTS IN AN ABEND

• If the DFDL parser finds a parsing error from data that is
  inside an unsorted sequence and that is not inside a Point of
  Uncertainty then it can leave the parser in a state that means
  it will abend when the next message is parsed.

  USERS AFFECTED:
  All users of IBM App Connect Enterprise v11 and IBM Integration
  Bus V10 who use DFDL schemas with unordered sequences.
  
  
  Platforms affected:
  MultiPlatform

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  When a DFDL parsing error was thrown from an element inside an
  unordered sequence the resulting resetting of the DFDL parser
  was not resetting a doc handler as it should have been. This
  could result in an abend when the next message tried to access
  this memory.
  

Problem conclusion

• The DFDL Parser resetting code has been changed such that the
  doc handler now correctly resets when in an unordered group.
