Error description
The "clock" command works fine to set DATE, but gives the following error when setting the TIME: mqa# clock 15:02:25 % Date '15:02:25' is not valid
Local fix
Configure NTP to autoset the time.
Problem summary
Clock command can allow dates or times to be input as its first argument. However clock <time> will always be validated agianst a date since its first in the schema.
Problem conclusion
