Error description

  • The amqmsysn.exe utility can be used to display details of the
    IBM MQ MSCS Support setup, which has an option to save the
    details to a file.  When clicking on "To File" to save the
    output, a Windows error is displayed reporting "Cannot find the
    <MQ Install Path>\MQ\bin64\amqmsysn.HLP file.  Do you want to
    try to find this file yourself?"

    Microsoft Cluster Service (MSCS) users running IBM MQ Version 9
    and above on Windows OS.

    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
    A programming error coupled with a change to the compiler
    version used to build the application caused the "To File..."
    button functionality to behave unexpectedly and to try and
    access Windows Help functionality.
    

Problem conclusion

  • The program error has been resolved to restore the expected
    operation of the "To File..." button.
