Error description

• In the Spectrum Protect Server installation guide, the following
  link is incorrect for the tsmdbmgr.opt file configuration.
  Preparing the database manager for database backup:

  tall/t_srv_prep_dbmgr-windows.html
  
  It states that 'Passwordaccess generate' is needed when actually
  it is not.
  
  Example:
  
  Create a file that is called tsmdbmgr.opt in the d:\tsmserver1
  directory
  with the following contents:
