Error description

  • The Spectrum Control web-GUI -> Home -> Alerts displays all the
    alerts but when filtering them cause the error "An unexpected
    response was received from the server"

    with com.ibm.tpc.internal.api.TPCInternalAPIException
    
    The issue affects the default "Filter by Default Columns" and
    filter by Name in the Alerts in the Spectrum Control web-GUI
    using Google Chrome.
    

Local fix

  • Use Firefox browser to filter the alerts in the Spectrum Control
     web-GUI.
