Error description
During the close cycle of a TCP connection, the Trading Partner does not send a FIN,ACK. This results in the Perimeter Server waiting indefinitely in FIN_WAIT2 Status for this FIN,ACK signal from the TP.
Local fix
RTC ID: 574721 Preferred solution is to request the TradingPartner to comply with the RFC and close connection correctly. Alternatively, a restart of the Perimeter Server will free up the number of FIN_WAIT2 connections. However, they will build up again once new connections are made.
