APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The backup of a filer volume attached to a Windows host that
  uses the Microsoft Offload Copy feature will complete with
  the following permission error in the client dsmerror.log :
  
  ANS0361I DIAG: fioGetAttrib(C:\Program
  Files\Tivoli\TSM\baclient\/vol/<volname>) failed.
  ANS5250E An unexpected error was encountered.
      TSM function name : GetFileSecurityInfo
      TSM function : CreateFile() returned '5' for file
  '\\<filername>\adm\~snapshot\<TSM triggered filer volume
  snapshot name>\.copy_offload\.tokens'
      TSM return code : 106
      TSM file : ..\..\common\fio\ntfileio.cpp (9655)
  
  A fix for this issue was created and documented in
  APAR IT14582 but it does not exclude the filer filespace
  directory '.copy_offload' (with underscore) during
  snapdiff backups.

Local fix

• Use the client option set to apply the exclude.dir rule to all
  Windows clients performing the snapdiff backups:

  then update the affected nodes :

Problem conclusion

• The code has been changed so that the ODX directory
