Error description
The execution control service ECS, enables users to change dynamically the running queue of a business process. However, the queue change is lost if an FTP CLIENT BP goes into the waiting on IO state. When the FTP CLIENT BP is resumed, after waiting on IO, it will be started (bootstrapped) on its original queue taken from the workflow definition and not the dynamic queue assigned by the ECS service during runtime.
Local fix
RTC: 556879 Workaround : reduce BP requeueing as much as possible to avoid loosing the queue change. Queue tuning, Adapter tuning and delayWaitingOnIO can help. Ask for help from IBM Support or Performance services.
