Error description

• Spectrum Protect client install set world writable permission to
  citScanOutput.xml under the default install location.

  L2/Customer diagnostics:
  
  After client install or upgrade, citScanOutput.xml was created
  with 666 permission:
  
  cd /client_install_path
  
  for example:
  cd /usr/tivoli/tsm/client/ba/bin64/ (for AIX)
  
  ls -al citScanOutput.xml
  
  -rw-rw-rw-    1 root     system         3139 Jul 10 13:05
  citScanOutput.xml
  
  
  Platform/version affected:
  
  Spectrum Protect Client on Unix/Linux all supported versions
  

Local fix

• Manually change the permission, for example:
  
  chmod 622 citScanOutput.xml
  
  ls -al citScanOutput.xml
  
  -rw-r--r--  citScanOutput.xml
