APAR status

Error description

  • Issue with increasing number of connections to MSSQLPool after
installing the hotfix 5020603_2B.

Local fix

  • Increase noOfRetryAttemptsToDeleteItemFromConnPool value in
jdbc.properties file from default value of 10 to 1000.

Temporary fix

  • Update jdbc.properties_afc_ext.in file, increase
noOfRetryAttemptsToDeleteItemFromConnPool property value from
10 to 1000. Run setupfiles.sh and restart the instance.
This property is only available in 5020603_2A & 5020603_2B and
not present in other versions or GA ifix
