Error description

  • If the client reports an ANS4005E error message to the server
    that is over 1400 characters long (for example in the case of a
    very long file name),
    then an ANR0443W warning message can incorrectly occur in the
    activity log.
    
    For example:
    
     ANE4005E (Session: 968466, Node: NODE_NAME)
    Error processing   '<path_of_affected_file_name>': file not
    found
    
    ANE4999I (Session: 968466, Node: NODE_NAME)
    The following message was too long to log to the server:
    'ANS4005E Error processing
    '<path_of_affected_file_name>': file not found'
    
    ANR0443W Protocol error on session 968466 for
    node NODE_NAME(platform) - invalid "inserts" field
    found in "EventLog" verb (offset 10).

Local fix

  • Prevent the client error occurring by investigating and
    resolving the ANExxxxE error message.

Problem conclusion
