Closed as program error.
Error description
When next log to format stays too close to current log at Standby, the conditions to remove extra logs are not satisfied, hence the logs are accumulating in Standby active path.
Local fix
DEACTIVATE/ACTIVATE the Standby database will remove all unnecessary log files

Problem conclusion
Starting from 105fp10, the extra log files are now properly removed from active path in HADR Standby.
