Error description
If a user omits a filename or specifies a non-existing filename when using the amqicfil program during manual installation, then the failure is silent and the customer will not notice that the target file has not been patched.
Local fix
Run the command again, with the correct command line arguments.
Problem summary

This issue would only affect IBM MQ users who install MQ fixes manually, without using mqfixinst, and who mistype the command. Problem conclusion
The problem has been fixed by adding additional validation for the user-specified filename.
