Error description
PeSIT protocol has two connection phases, the first one (called pre-connection) is not mandatory for IP networks but was made mandatory in Connect Express and the PeSIT SSP adapter. A customer requested to be compliant with the protocol specifications.

Some PeSIT products do not send the pre-connection message and the PeSIT adapter rejects incoming client with no pre-connection.
Problem conclusion
Pre-connection has been made optional in the PeSIT adapter.
