Error description

• In Spectrum Control, the SVC subsystem port zero buffer credit
  value is received directly from the SVC storage device and has
  certain limitations in terms of what traffic it measures.  For
  example, Spectrum Control customers may notice a difference
  between the switch port metric value & the SVC port metric
  value, as SVC is unable to measure the raw traffic through the
  ports as some of it is hidden by the Emulex hardware.
