  A code fix is provided.
  This fix is made as a property driven with the introduction
  of a new property in the ftpserver.properties file called -
  FSListingConsistencyWithMailbox.

  old behavior where the list output shows 2 spaces between 'date
  and timestamp' and 'timestamp and the filename' fields.
  ##Setting this property value to true will make the list output
  to remain consistent with the output that is obtained when
  mailbox is used as the payload repository.
