USERS AFFECTED:
The issue affects the users of the:

	- IBM MQ Appliance v8

who use the  IBM MQ Console UI chart widget to monitor the
system resources, such as CPU load average and RAM total bytes.


Platforms affected:
AIX, Windows, Linux on x86, Linux on x86-64, z/OS

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
A chart widget was created in the IBM MQ Console UI to monitor
the CPU load average / RAM total bytes. Once the MQ Console
received the required data to populate the chart widget with
monitoring information, it failed to calculate the correct scale
to display the data. As a result, the scale for these chart
widgets was wrong and the data was misleading the users of it.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • The IBM MQ Console UI has been updated so that the system
resources such as CPU load average and RAM total bytes are
displayed using the correct scale in the chart widget.
