Error description

  • The 'Backup VM' processing appears to hang, but is in fact in a
    loop.
    The dsmerror.log of the data mover client is filling up with
    messages like :
    
    ANS1717E A VMware vStorage web service task failed.
    ANS9365E VMware vStorage API error for virtual machine
    'unavailable'.
       TSM function name : RetrievePropertiesEx
       TSM file          : ..\..\common\vm\vmvisdk.cpp (4791)
       API return code   : 12
       API error message : SOAP 1.1 fault: "":ServerFaultCode[no
    subcode]
    "The object has already been deleted or has not been completely
    created"
    Detail:
    
    The message text details of ANS9365E might be different but
    will repeat itself until the backup is cancelled by the user.
    Notice the VMware guest name 'unavailable' in the ANS9365E
    message text.
