APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• During a system upgrade the PureSystems Manager (PSM) system
  board failed and needed to be replaced. The virtualization
  server on the PSM went into an unknown state during the
  replacement.
  
  The error in the tsa logs were:

Local fix

Problem summary

• Code has been added to handle the disaster recovery scenario
  that caused this issue.
  

Problem conclusion

• A code fix is being provided in PureApplication System
  and BlueMix Local System version 2.2.3.0.
