Error description
When you use myfilegateway and log out as one user and then log in as a second user, the login screen comes back up the second time after logging in. The second user is logged in correctly at this point, but the UI is showing invalid information. To continue, you must hit refresh (F5) and the main screen shows up correctly.
Local fix
JPM/JPM STRRTC - 552129 To workaround this, hit refresh the second time the login box comes up. The UI will come up correctly the second time.
