Error description
During client snapshot differential ("snapdiff") backups, the timestamp in the message that displays the base or differential snapshot name and time is shown in UTC rather than local time. This is merely a display issue with the message, and has no impact on backup and restore operations. Example of messages: IBM Tivoli Storage Manager Command Line Backup-Archive Client Interface Client Version 7, Release 1, Level 2.0, Client date/time: 02/14/2017 07:18:17 <----Local time on the client (c) Copyright by IBM Corporation and other(s) 1990, 2015. The timezone displayed in the snapshot message will vary depending on the local timezone being used; the time displayed in the message will be the difference in hours between the timezone and GMT. For example, If using EST, then the time stamp shown in the message would be EST+5. For CST, the message would CST+6
