APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• While configuring the SLM Peer Group , it fails due to a wrong
  match of the String length. As a result the SLM Policy goes
  down while the SLM Peer group stays up.
  Possible error message:
  Peer update message contained an unknown IP address x.x.x.x
  Local management interface is found twice in a peer group for
  peer_name
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• Affected are all customers using SLM peering. A SLM Policy
  configuration object can go down due to incorrectly seeing a
  local IP address in the SLM peer group twice.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fix is available in 7.0.0.18, 7.1.0.15, 7.2.0.12, 7.5.0.6,
  7.5.1.5 and 7.5.2.3
