Error description

• Currently the option "updatectime", cannot be used with the dsmc
  command line (CLI) and the following error is returned:
  
  dsmc incr /proj/gpfs/test/ -updatectime=yes
  
  ANS1108E Invalid option (-UPDATECTIME) for the INCREMENTAL
  command
  
  
  
  Customer/L2 Diagnostics:
  The purpose of this APAR is to change the code so that
  "updatectime" is a valid command line option.

  Backup-Archive clients versions 6.3 to 8.1.0 on AIX and Linux

• Set the option in the client configuration file (dsm.opt) and

Problem conclusion

• UPDATECTIME option will be available on incremental command
  line.
  The option documentation will be updated as follows:
  
  In the UNIX and Linux Backup-Archive Clients Installation and
  User's Guide, Chapter 10. Processing options > Client options
  reference > Updatectime
  
  The following text is updated:
  
  "Use the updatectime option to check the change time (ctime)
  attribute during an incremental backup operation."
  
  "Parameters

      The backup-archive client does not check the change time
  (ctime attribute) during a backup operation. This value is the
  default.

      The backup-archive client checks the change time (ctime
  attribute) during a backup operation. If the ctime attribute
  changed since the last backup operation, the ctime attribute is
  updated on the IBM Spectrum Protect? server. The object is not
  backed up unless it has either ACLs or extended attributes. The
