Problem summary


    

  • WMQ Guardian applications did not accept PARAMs using '¬' as a
replacement for '_' in OSS environment variables.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • The WebSphere MQ product code has been changed as such that
PARAMs under Guardian can now utilize '¬' as a replacement for a
OSS environment variable's '_'.

    



Temporary fix


    

  • Use the OSS equivalent of the WMQ application.
