Problem summary

  • ****************************************************************
    USERS AFFECTED:
Users of the IBM MQ Appliance who establish a high availability
    configuration.

    Platforms affected:
    MultiPlatform

    ****************************************************************
    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
The -f parameter on the crthagrp command was not required.

Problem conclusion

  • The -f parameter has been removed from the crthagrp command
because it is not required. The SSH keys used by the HA group
are for internal appliance use only and they are not exposed to
users. As the keys are never exposed it is not necessary to be
able to re-establish an HA configuration using previously
    generated SSH keys.
