APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • A short database outage that lasted approximately 1 minute.
    
    
    A few mailbox messages that were in the process of being routed
    by the MailboxEvaluateAllAutomatic rules business process when
    it was interrupted are not being picked up by the service
    anymore.
    The messages are still extractable from the mailboxes but
    the following executions of the
    MailboxEvaluateAllAutomaticRules is not picking up these
    messages for routing.
    The business impact is that some mailbox documents do not get
    processed automatically after the short database outage.
    
    There are no particular errors in the logs when this occurs.
    

Local fix

  • You can go in the user interface under Deployment, Mailboxes,
    Messages.
    use the Search criterias to identify the messages impacted.
    Edit each message and select the option "Resubmit for automatic
    routing".
    
    If you have a very large amount of mailbox documents impacted
    you can contact IBM Sterling B2B Integrator support for
    assistance in reprocessing the documents.
