Error description

  • When you access Sterling File Gateway login page, the Sign-in
    box is not displayed. Instead, a small icon indicating an error
    is displayed.
    

Local fix

  • STRRTC: 517600
    CR/CR
    Circumvention:
    
    The corrupt hdr_mid.jpg file is in the
    \install\container\Applications\filegateway\isomorphic\skins\Fil
    eGateway_v001\images\FGimages structure. Replaced that file
    with the same named file from the
    \install\container\Applications\filegateway\images structure to
    correct the issue.
