Error description
While adding user permissions for different order types on EBICS Client UI, EBICS Technical User is shown inconsistently. Behavior is that UserID drop down on "Add Signatory" dialog (through User Permission-> Add Permission) showing Technical user depends on what order type is attempted to added first. Due to this behavior, it is unclear if Technical User is disallowed as submitter for certain order types.
