Error description
ODBC Driver Manager that comes from Apple, is failing to connect to DB2 database using DB2 CLI. It fails with error SQL1024N error. It fails because DB2 understands only UTF-16, where as mac uses UTF-32. To overcome this, we have introduced a new db2dsdriver.cfg keyword UTF32Encoding. User need to set the keyword UTF32Encoding to true in global param section.
