Unable to use CTRL-V to overwrite text when using Internet Explo rer 11.
Local fix
Problem summary
When overwrite mode is on and if we do ctrl+V to paste new chars over the old chars,old chars will not be replaced with the new ones.
Problem conclusion
Code changes has been done to replace old chars with the new ones when ctrl+v is used to paste the new chars in IE11.
