IT16679: MQPROMPT environment variable has no effect

Error description

• MQ V8.0 added the ability to set a prompt of your choice using
  the MQPROMPT environment variable.
  
  Setting the variable works in MQ V8, but has no effect in MQ V9.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  Changes during development of MQ V9 caused the setting of
  MQPROMPT to be ignored.
  

Problem conclusion

• The MQ product code has been corrected so that the setting of
  MQPROMPT is now used correctly.
