IBM Sterling B2B Integrator V5.2.5

In IBM Sterling B2B Integrator 5.2.5, SWIFTNet Store and Forward
transaction fails to reconcile Completed FileAct Event
with error message "Cannot add null value for [Corr.TrxID] into
data". This failure happens intermittently and the SWIFTNet
Server fails to collect the incoming file as a result.
This happens because the "Completed" FileAct Event was
processed earlier than the FileActFetch response and causes
the error "Cannot add null value for [Corr.TrxID] into
data" and the file is not picked up.

Problem Description:

Failure in SWIFTNet Store and Forward transaction causes
missing payment files after upgrade from V5.2.4.1 to
V5.2.5.0_9.
This is due to the delay in processing the
FileActFetch response which can be seen up to 4 seconds.
FileActEvent Completed is processed earlier than
FileActFetch response causing the error "Cannot
add null value for [Corr.TrxID] into data" and the file is not
picked up.
FileActFetch BP was assigned to Queue 4 and FileActEvent BP
assigned to Queue 6 where it gets more priority.
So, Event BP was processed earlier than FileActFetch response.
There are still performance delays after the upgrade not only in
SWIFTNet BPs but in other BPs too.
