Error description
While creating or updating remote profile for SFTP users using API calls, an exception is thrown when you use backslash for the SFTP user. An external application sendings files to external agencies through SFG, and the call is through the B2B API. The issue occurs when creating or updating the profile as the SFTP user name contains a backslash. When using the backslash character, the following error occurs: <NS1:Envelope xmlns:NS1="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/"> <NS1:Body> <NS1:Fault>HTTP PUT Request for RemoteProfile failed: 400 Bad Request { "errorCode": 400, "errorDescription": "API000385: Invalid element: Remote user The following characters are not valid: ! @ # % ^ * ( ) + ? , < > { } [ ] | ; \" and space. Please try again" }</NS1:Fault> </NS1:Body> </NS1:Envelope>
