Error description

• An AIX system crash may occur on a PowerHA environment when a
  failover is started from a node to another.
  The problem is on the filepath driver provided with the TivolI
  Storage Manager client package:
  tivoli.tsm.filepath.rte

Problem conclusion

• Checks were added to the code before every buffer access to
  prevent overflowing the buffer with data.  This will prevent
  this crash from happening again.
