  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  When the HTTP response header contains Content-Encoding value as
   'identity', an error BIP3149E is  thrown at runtime when
  parsing the response header.  The content-coding as 'identity'
  is an acceptable value and should be treated equivalent to no
  content-encoding header.
  
  There are a number of resource name changes between WebSphere
  Message Broker and IBM Integration Bus Version 9.0.  For details

Problem conclusion

• The product no longer throws an error when HTTP header
  Content-Encoding value is 'identity'.
