Error description

• Problem Description:
  
  During or after a REPAIR STGPOOL operation, high memory
  utilization may be noted in smrepl.c. This will occur for any
  REPAIR STGPOOL operation, and is dependent on how many extents
  are being repaired.
  
  Customer/L2 Diagnostics:
  Use SHOW ALLOC output and look for lines similar to these:
  50 entries, using   6425600 bytes, from smrepl.c(14649)
  
  The exact line number may vary. The number of entries is related
  to the number of extents repaired and will be higher for greater
  quantities of extents repaired.
  
  Tivoli Storage Manager Versions Affected: 7.1.3, 7.1.4 and 7.1.5
  
  Initial Impact: Medium
  
  Additional Keywords: memory leak repair damage
  

Local fix

• Halt and restart the server to release the memory.
  
  Install fix when available.
