Error description

• After a successful upgrade of the Tivoli Storage Manager
  Operations Center component to version 7.1.4, the following
  reports may be missing under the "Reports" page:
  
  "general operations"
  "license compliance"

Local fix

• In order to fix the problem performs all the following steps:
  
  1) from Operations Center, under the Reports page, delete all
  current reports
  2) Re-configure the mail server and change the "admin" to a
  different one. Thiswill automatically create the reports.
  3) Once the reports are created, change the "admin" in the mail
  server back to the original value.
