Error description

• TSM client generates infinite output for 'query schedule'
  request if the server uses ja_JP.UTF8 locale due to incorrect
  column width counting".
  If the output of "query schedule" is redirected to a file, the
  file size is increased to infinity.
  
     Example:   query schedule > q_schedule.txt

  Some query command shows the following message when its output
  is too long, and it waits for the input.
  
      "more ... (<ENTER> to continue, 'C' to cancel)"
  
  After <ENTER> is inputted, the output of the command may become
  corrupted.
  In addition, after 'C' is inputted, the dsmadmc program may
  hangs.
  
  This issue occurs on the particular combination of
  system locale, query command, and terminal column width.
